These terms apply to sendpointsoftware.com and to text messages from Sendpoint Software, LLC ("Sendpoint," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to our texts, you agree to them.

Using our website

• The demo uses sample data and sample messages. It shows how Sendpoint works and isn't an offer or a guarantee of results for any specific gym.
• Please use our forms only to submit your own information.
• The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but features and information about other companies' software can change.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Sendpoint Software, LLC sends promotional text messages about our demo, retention services for climbing gyms, and special offers to people who opt in. Messages are sent via an autodialer.
• How to opt in: enter your mobile number on our website and check the box agreeing to receive texts from Sendpoint Software, LLC. Agreeing isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency may vary (up to 4 messages per month).
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for the texts you receive.
• Opt out: text STOP to (608) 360-8033 at any time. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: text HELP to (608) 360-8033, or email chris@sendpointsoftware.com.
• Carriers: supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number: please tell us if your mobile number changes so we can update it.
• Information we collect: in connection with texts, we may collect your mobile number, carrier, the date, time and content of messages, and other information you provide. We use it to contact you and provide the services you request. See our Privacy Policy.
• Changes: we may change or end the text program with or without notice.

Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information, and we don't share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above when we do.
