Sendpoint Software LLC ("Sendpoint," "we," "us") provides retention tools for climbing gyms. This policy explains what information we collect through sendpointsoftware.com and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, gym name, and anything else you enter in our forms or send us.
- Text messaging consent: whether you agreed to receive texts, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- Basic site data: standard technical information our website host collects, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to your requests, such as demo follow-ups and retention breakdowns.
- To send the emails and text messages you agreed to receive.
- To schedule calls and operate and improve our services.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Sendpoint, such as our website host, email and texting providers, scheduling tool, and automation tools, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Sendpoint Software, LLC sends promotional text messages about our demo, retention services for climbing gyms, and special offers to people who opt in. Messages are sent via an autodialer.
- How to opt in: enter your mobile number on our website and check the box agreeing to receive promotional messages sent via an autodialer from Sendpoint Software, LLC. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency may vary (up to 4 messages per month).
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email chris@sendpointsoftware.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the effective date above when we do.
